Adjacent to the lounge is the kitchen and dinning area, again this area is open plan to the lounge area. The kitchen contains every appliance a gourmet chef could wish for, from the rayburn cooker, to the mains oven / microwave, built in steam oven, gas wok burner, etc. the kitchen worktops and walls are all clad in solid granite creating a magnificent working environment to create a culinary masterpiece. Also located within the kitchen area is the large oak table with seating for eight people. The kitchen has two access points, one is to the large decking area, and the other is out to the veranda which runs along the West elevation of the house and along the front elevation of the house to the car park area.
